ADivo allaDivo sree Harivaasamu

Pallavi:               ADivo  allaDivo sree Harivaasamu
                             PaDivela   chethula  padagalamayamu

There, see that,  residence of Sree Hari, which is  filled with ten thousand heads of ADiseshu, as ten thousand hands.

CharaNam1:           ADevenkataachala  makhilonnathamu
                                  ADivo  BrahmaDula kapuroopamu
                                   ADivo  nithya nivaasa makhila munulaku
                                     ADe chudu dade mokkudananDa mayamu

That  is the highest hill, Venkataachalamu, which is the favourite of  Brahma and other Devatas. That is the regular residence of many saints.  Look at  that, bow to that, which is full of happyness.

CharaNam2:           Chengata nallaDivo  Seshaachalamu
                                   Ninginunna Devathala nija  vasamu
                                     MunGita nallaDivo moolanunna dhanamu
                                       Bangaaru  Sikharaala  bahu Brahma mayamu

There, very  close by, is Seshachalamu, which is the residence of  cosmic devine beings. There, infront of you, lies the Main treasure,  adorned with golden cliffs, and  Brahmam.

CharaNam3:       KeivalyapaDamu  venkata naga maDivo
                              Sree Venkatapathiki  siruleinavi
                                BhAvimpa  sakala sampaDa roopamaDivo
                                  PAvanamulakella  paavanamayamu

There is the final destination, Venkatanagamu which is the wealth of sreeVenkatapathi.  If felt, the entire  wealths figured there, which is the sacred of all sacred.

Here in this song, Annamayya refers to the sacred hills, SeshAchalam  and VenkatAchalam. Sree Venkatesa  is the  lord of  seven hills, settled  on
VenkatAchalam.  That's why, He is called  Venkatachalapathi.

Om namo Venkatesa
