Anganaleere haarathulu

Pallavi:    Anganaleere  Aarathulu,  Angaja gurunaku naarathu

Aarathi   means," taking out the nevetivity  " of anybody.
This act of removal of the negativity can be done by many ways.
One, by lighted campher, second by oil lamps, third by  réd color water.
Tbis process is called  "Arathi."
Annamayya is requesting the ladies to give  Arathi to Lord Venkatesa.

                                 ADithya  thejuna kaarathlu

Arathi, to the  Prime Lord , who is actively present,  smiling with SreeDevi.
Arathi,  to the  Sun like brilliant lord, who is chating with Bhudevi.
Sreedevi,  Bhudevi, are both, wives of  Venkatesa.

                                      Ari bhayankaruna kaarathulu

The Golden Arathi, to Sree Hari, who destributed  the Nector, ( Amruth ), to the Devathas. Arathi , to the terror of  unrightuous  demons whome Sree Hari chased and suppressed by killing.

Arathi , to the ever green, ever celebrating Hero, Achyutha.
Arathi , to the pair, standing  here, sree Alamelumanga and sree Venkatesa.

Annamayya  is asking the women, to give, Arathi to sree Venkateswara, 
standing along with his wives,  SreeDevi and Bhudevi, inorder to take out the
Nevativity caused by everyones' looks.
The Negativity caused to a person, by staring is called, by another simple word, "Dristi".  Annamayya requesting ladies, to give Arathi and wipe off the "dristi" of  lord Venkatesa.
